Withdrawal Policy

All withdrawal conditions that apply to your account are published here and shown on the withdrawal screen before you submit a request. There are no undisclosed conditions.

Eligibility

The exact requirements in force (verification, minimum amounts, limits, cooldowns and package lock-ups) are configured by the operator and displayed live on the withdrawal page.

How to request

Open Wallet → Withdraw, choose a method, enter the amount and destination, then confirm. The fee and net amount are shown before you submit.

Processing

Requests move through Pending, Under Review, Approved, Processing and Completed. You are notified at each change.

Holds

When you submit a request the gross amount moves from your available balance to a pending hold so it cannot be spent twice. If a request is rejected or cancelled the full amount is returned to your available balance.

Rejections

If a request is rejected you will be given the specific reason.

Fees

The applicable fee is displayed before submission and recorded on your ledger.
