Mushreq-X is a digital asset platform where you can deposit supported assets, allocate funds to published packages, complete tasks for rewards, and refer other users.
Yes. The value of digital assets can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you put in. Please read the Risk Disclosure in full before depositing.
Your account
After registering you will receive a 6-digit code by email. If phone verification is enabled you will also receive a code by SMS. Codes expire after a short period and can be resent after a short cooldown.
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new code once the resend countdown finishes. If it still does not arrive, contact support from the Support section.
Use a long unique password, enable authenticator-app two-factor authentication in Settings, and review your active sessions regularly. You can sign out of individual devices or all devices at once.
Deposits
The assets and networks currently enabled are listed on the Deposit page. Always use the exact network shown next to the address.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Sending an asset over a network that the address does not support will usually result in permanent loss. Always check the network label before sending.
After you submit your transaction hash the deposit is reviewed. Crediting happens once the required number of network confirmations is reached and the deposit is approved. A deposit is never credited from a screenshot alone.
Withdrawals
The conditions in force for your account are published in the Withdrawal Policy and shown live on the withdrawal screen before you submit. If a withdrawal is blocked the exact reason is displayed.
The fee and the resulting net amount are calculated and displayed before you confirm a request, and recorded on your ledger afterwards.
Tasks
Each task shows its reward before you start. Where proof is required your submission is reviewed. Approved submissions credit the reward to your wallet with a matching ledger entry.
Referrals
Share your referral link. Users who register through it are attributed to you, and once they complete the qualifying action you receive the published reward. Self-referral and duplicate accounts are not permitted.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, one-time codes are hashed and expire, you can enable authenticator-app two-factor sign-in, and every signed-in device is listed so you can revoke it. We will never ask you for your password, a one-time code, a private key or a seed phrase.
