Getting started

How Mushreq-X works

Every step below happens in your account, and every balance movement writes a ledger entry you can see in your transaction history.

Step 1

Create your account

Register with your full name, email address and mobile number. Choosing a strong, unique password takes a moment and matters more than anything else you will do here.

Step 2

Verify your email

We send a 6-digit code that expires in 10 minutes. Enter it to activate your account. Codes are stored hashed and can only be used once.

Step 3

Verify your mobile

Where phone verification is enabled, a second code is sent by SMS. You can add or change your number later from your profile.

Step 4

Fund your wallet

Choose an asset and network, send to the address shown, then submit your transaction hash. Your wallet is credited once the transaction is confirmed and approved — never from a screenshot alone.

Step 5

Choose a plan

Read the term, reward methodology and eligibility, then allocate an amount. The funds move from your available balance into your allocated balance and stay visible throughout.

Step 6

Complete tasks

Where your package grants task access, each task shows its reward before you start. Approved submissions credit your wallet immediately.

Step 7

Withdraw

Request a payout at any time. The fee and net amount are shown before you confirm, and the gross amount is held from your available balance while the request is processed.

How It Works

  6. Complete tasks — where your package grants task access, earn rewards for completed and approved tasks.
  7. Withdraw — request a withdrawal at any time subject to the published Withdrawal Policy.
